I specialize in working with women, students, and children (ages 14-18) who are ready to stop just talking about their problems and start resolving them. I help clients navigate life transitions, relationship wounds, and the fallout of trauma—from childhood abuse and divorce to the gaslighting of past partners.
My approach is gentle but firm. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with knowledge of different systems, I don’t just offer a listening ear; I offer a roadmap. Together, we will connect the dots between your "person-in-environment" and your internal triggers to silence the intrusive thoughts and stop unhealthy patterns for good.
When not working, I am typically spending time with my family and our dogs. I love reading and going to the beach. I enjoy travelling and visiting our nation's National Parks.
