My name is pronounced 'On-Gel', LCSW. I enjoy partnering with my clients to create a team approach to tackling their concerns. I enjoy working with adolescent females and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship concerns.

I use a client-centered, person-in-environment, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I enjoy using methods from CBT, DBT, A.R.T, EMDR, and creative therapies in my practice. I create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that is both accepting and accountable.

I am honest yet encouraging, striving to bring joy into the lives of the clients I work with. I collaborate with my clients to address their concerns, seeing them as active participants in their own solutions.
