My name is Angeliz Lee, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Hawaii, Texas, and Florida with 15 years of experience. I work mostly from a Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapy approach to help you achieve your goals. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming what is challenging you. My approach to therapy depends on my clients and what they are coming to therapy for. I mostly work from a solution-focused approach and a Cognitive Behavioral approach.
I work with a variety of clients ranging from children to adults. I also work with families and couples. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, military life issues, adjustments, and family issues/parenting. I work with you to develop healthier habits and a more positive outlook in life.
Clients should expect to be heard and understood. The first session is our time to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. I use this time to explore more about what's going on so that I can provide the best path for the rest of our sessions.
