I specialize in working with adults who are ready to heal from trauma and build healthier relationships with others and with themselves.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a holistic, mind-body perspective. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I also honor the connection between mental and physical health. Through breath, awareness, and somatic work, I help clients safely reconnect with their bodies as part of the healing process.
