I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I see clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relational-stress, trauma and other mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with clients affected by emotional trauma. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and I also use Internal family systems (IFS) to help clients process both PTSD and C-PTSD. In addition I also have advanced training in The Gottman Method for couples. I blend all of these interventions with a person-centered approach to provide a warm and collaborative style

Dungeons and Dragons DBT and social skills teens
A group that blends the fun and laidback atmosphere of Dungeons and Dragons with evidence based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. The objectives of this group are: to help teens build social skills, increase coping skills, learn and utilize interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. $75 for 90 minutes. Ages range from 14 to 17 years old.

Adult children of parents with personality d/o
A therapy group for adult children of parents with personality disorders including borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and histrionic personality disorder. This is a group to help create support as well as explore the difficulties associated with growing up, living with, maintaining a relationship with, and/or terminating a relationship with a parent that suffers from a personality disorder. $50 for 60 minutes. Ages 18+
