Hi there! I'm Angelique. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor.. More importantly, I am a fiercely dedicated advocate for your healing. My formal training and background in substance use treatment spaces have led to an expertise of with individuals in recovery from alcohol or substance use, and addictive behaviors (shopping, food, relationships, etc). I also work with family members or loved ones of people with a mental health or substance use disorder, because help and healing should be accessible and prioritized for someone feeling all the pressure to hold it together for someone else!
First sessions are so important. I recognize its not easy to start new, or start over, with a provider. I want to alleviate any stress or discomfort that comes with initiating this process. I genuinely care about where you’re headed. Our work together will feel like conversations with someone who sees you, takes you seriously, and wants to do right by you!
My therapeutic style is a curated balance of guidance and compassion. I will advocate for you, support you, and celebrate your accomplishments.
