Whether you're looking to learn to manage your anxiety, improve present relationships, work through life transitions, learn more about how past experiences or relationships are affecting you now, or heal from traumatic experiences, I am here to walk alongside you. You are not alone. I offer a balance between a listening, empathetic ear and skills or solutions you can take with you. I create a warm, safe, and sometimes fun environment for those looking for support & growth. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed, you are in the right place. I also offer EMDR/IFS intensives, walk & talk sessions, & trauma-informed yoga.
I am trained in IFS (Level 2), EMDR, and ERP, and am a registered yoga teacher. I value the mind-body connection & the whole person. I offer art & play therapy to help children, teens, and adults work through things in a more approachable way, when needed. I offer EMDR intensives in Metro Atlanta, St. Simon's and Savannah, as well.

Effects of Trauma Group w/ Gentle Yoga
This 6-week group will include some gentle yoga, psychoeducation about how trauma affects relationships, and processing and/or discussion about trauma and how it affects our lives and wellbeing. Members will gain awareness of how past trauma affects their body, mind, and interpersonal relationships and learn some ways to calm their mind and body when triggered. We will focus on the effects of the trauma, rather than the trauma itself. Group will start again in Jan/Feb 2024. There are a few days/times offered.
