With up to 25 years of experience in mental health, my heart lies in uplifting both the individual and the community. My background is rooted in serving underserved populations, including LGBTQIA+, Native American citizens, trauma, and others. I also provide a wide range of evidence based practices such as, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and other therapy services.
Whether we are working through grief, trauma, or navigating neurodivergence, my goal is to provide a "judgment-free zone" where you feel empowered.
