I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Level 1 trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy. These powerful methods help us gently explore past experiences, emotional patterns, and parts of ourselves that may be stuck or hurting, without judgment or pressure.

I bring a holistic lens to my work, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
