I work with adults struggling with anxiety, identity, self-esteem, and family or relationship issues. We'll explore how you got to where you are, learn emotional regulation skills, and face hardship with courage and compassion, rather than criticism. I use a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework, acknowledging the ways systems of power create and perpetuate harm, too often leaving us disconnected from ourselves and our inner knowing. We’ll examine how all the systems we live within affect who we are and how we function.
As a 1.5-gen Filipino-American and highly-sensitive person (HSP), I know how heavy it can feel to show up as someone you're not. I prioritize building a container of safety and trust so that you feel empowered to show up fully, in all your parts, without needing to justify who you are. You don't need to perform here.
