Angelique, utilizes evidence-based treatments approaches, that include but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)T and Person-centered Therapy and approaches.
Angelique’s humble beginnings started in the field of counseling over 38 years ago and” she loves it just as much now as she did then”!
