Being a therapist is a great privilege and honor. I am deeply passionate about working with older teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges life throws at them. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as times of stress, adjustment, transitioning and changing identity to help reach a sense of authenticity, fulfillment, and well being again.
Each client I work with is deeply seen, welcomed and accepted. Every individual I journey with is unique — I therefore flexibly tailor treatment to your individual needs with openness and compassion. I utilize a creative and eclectic approach, incorporating evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT with art, movement, and spirituality.
