With three years of experience in private practice, I have found a passion for helping individuals radically accept fears and return to values-based living. I take a strengths-based approach in therapy, recognizing that everyone has unique inner resources. By acknowledging these qualities, we can do the hard work of exposures while also cultivating self-compassion and self-trust.
My therapeutic approach primarily integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I recognize that those who have anxiety or OCD can also struggle with depression or other comorbidities, so my approaches are tailored to meet your individual needs and levels of support.
