Seeking support takes courage, and I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I offer in-person and virtual individual counseling for adults, specializing in neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), trauma, and anxiety. My diverse background allows me to look at your challenges through a holistic lens, using your innate strengths to drive meaningful change. You are always in the driver's seat of your journey—I am here to equip you with the practical tools you need to move forward. Because I believe therapy should empower you to graduate from it, we will always set clear, collaborative goals together.

I treat the mental toll of chronic illness, neurodivergence, and trauma—experiences causing constant masking. Having lived experience with chronic illness, I truly get it. I use CBT for anxiety/illness management and CPT (a specialized protocol) for medical/non-medical PTSD. We focus on concrete skills and clear goals to break the cycle of exhaustion.

While we will absolutely do the deep work to process past pain, therapy with me is also about building a fulfilling life in the present. By integrating mindfulness skills and positive psychology, I help you manage daily stress, reconnect with your body, and focus on your natural strengths.
