As the world begins to move toward the period of "post pandemic" we may find ourselves struggling. Reports of anxiety and depression are on the rise, for children and adults. Managing our own feelings alongside our loved ones can also feel extremely overwhelming. I feel it is important to have an objective party with whom you can share and process your difficulties while improving healthy coping skills.
