The hardest things we carry often start early, and they can quietly shape how we show up in our relationships, our parenting, and our sense of self. If you are feeling stretched thin or unsure how to move forward, you are not alone, and reaching out is a meaningful first step. My own path into this work grew from childhood experiences that taught me how much it matters to have someone in your corner. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MS from Notre Dame de Namur University, 2018. I work with children 6 and older, couples, and parents, and I believe people can heal, reconnect, and grow into who they want to be.
My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. We will work to process what hurts, build practical skills, and move toward what matters most to you. The work is collaborative, paced, and grounded in your goals.
I try to be who I needed when I was younger, and that belief drives how I show up for every client. Change is possible, and you do not have to do it alone.
