Loss is often one of our biggest life challenges that trigger mental health issues. Grief is a natural response to loss, whether that is a loss of a relationship, job, or death of a loved one, it can also bring up thoughts and feelings of past traumas. Processing and learning about loss and grief and what to expect when grieving can help you grow and heal.
I am a grief informed therapist and have over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, such as children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of needs. I also offer therapeutic support to families struggling with changes related to separation/divorce and the challenges associated with co-parenting.
I collaborate with my clients to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
