Whether you are hoping to process childhood trauma, manage depression and anxiety or simply find more effective ways to cope, I offer space for many. I specialize in working with individuals who face a variety of challenges: depression, anxiety, personality concerns, relationship/couple's conflict, developmental trauma and women's issues. Additionally, I enjoy working alongside queer and gender non-conforming individuals, and adults navigating their later years.
Utilizing DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and other evidence-based interventions, I aim to cultivate a relatable space for clients to make change. My aim is for you to feel confident and motivated to work toward your self-identified goals. I approach sessions with a balance of humor, honesty, warmth and support.
