I provide a collaborative space for teens and adults to explore their emotions, relationships, current and earlier life challenges. My relational, processed-focused approach is about using self understanding as a catalyst for change. My ideal client is seeking more than just symptom relief or 'tips and tricks,' although I do believe coping skills are a necessary foundation for deeper work. If you're looking to build insight, self-compassion and emotional understanding at your own pace, we may work well together. I may suggest in-between session practices, but I understand that's not for everyone.
I use EMDR, IFS, emotion-focused and relational work to support change. We’ll explore relationship patterns, identify unhelpful beliefs and find ways to integrate past emotional experiences into the present. My style blends warmth, honesty, and humor to help you feel empowered and supported in moving beyond your limiting beliefs and narratives.
