I provide a supportive atmosphere where you can feel free to listen within yourself without any pressures or judgment. I will help you to welcome whatever comes, and support you as you discover steps of change you want to take in your life, opening to more and more of your authentic soul self.
Opportunities to engage in transformational community include: an ecotherapy group where we engage in nature based healing, a seasonal women's sacred space full of presence, embodiment, feminine ritual and sisterhood and a clinical supervision group- a fun, supportive crew of helping professionals that meet to deepen their capacities as healing artists.

Women's Full Moon Sacred Circles
The Full Moon Circles are a space to gather in sisterhood for movement, sound, art, storytelling, and ritual. We will follow the mythopoetic thread of each moon, deepening our connection with ourselves, the circle, and the land. We gather 6-8pm on every full moon.

Therapist Consult Group
This is a supportive experiential learning community where we develop knowledge, skills and natural therapeutic abilities. This group is for MFT or LPC mental health interns in need of supervised hours or licensed clinicians looking to deepen their clinical capacities. Approaches include Jungian, somatic, transpersonal, ACT, mindfulness, expressive arts and nature based therapy.
