We work together to create tangible tools to process past experiences, including trauma, and tackle current complicated life issues to facilitate a healthier future.
I work primarily with adults and adolescents. My focus is trauma, anxiety/stress, and perinatal/post-partum mental health. I specialize in treating complex trauma using EMDR. I have expertise in treating substance-related issues, using harm reduction/alcohol moderation. I'm an approved VASAP provider & use SMART Recovery.
I enjoy supporting people on their journey and motivating them to make changes. I work collaboratively and encourage community connections to build strengths and increase long-term sustainable supports. I have experience working along the full continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient settings and am knowledgeable of community resources.
