I am a neurodivergent Mexican-American counselor who brings a unique, authentic style to the counseling space. I integrate talk therapy with alternative approaches such as equine-assisted therapy and Brainspotting. These experiential models of therapy go beyond traditional talk therapy to support deeper, lasting healing. My style emphasizes empathic understanding, a present-focused (here-and-now) approach, and authentic responses that include direct questioning.
I help teens overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, bullying, and trauma. I also work with adults facing a variety of concerns, including complex trauma, PTSD, ASD, and ADHD. I also offer couples therapy focused on enhancing communication and deepening connection. I welcome all couples (LGBTQ+ & poly couples).
