Women's Well-being
This group is for female-identifying individuals who would like support, connection, and education on how to optimize their holistic health and wellness. Topics may include, but are not limited to, aging, identity development and transitions, sexism and internalized misogyny, hormone balance, mind-body connection, self-esteem and confidence building, and nervous system regulation. Each group cycle will occur once per week for 6 weeks, with each group lasting for 90 minutes.
