My theoretical orientation is person centered with the existential belief in each client’s personal worth and ability to achieve their life goals and improve their ability to meet the challenges in their lives. I focus on helping clients recognize their strengths and learn to appreciate their ability for positive change.
I like to use evidence-based interventions and strategies such as CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Guided Imagery to help clients cope more effectively with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress and anger.
