I have extensive experience working with adults that have survived traumatic experiences and are trying to process what they have been through. With over 5 years of experience working in medium and maximum security correctional facilities, I have worked with clients who were initially hesitant to seek mental health services due to the stigma attached to it.
I strive to create a safe and collaborative space for my clients to allow themselves to be vulnerable. I utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy and prioritize meeting my clients where they are.
