Hi there, My name is Angelica Sanchez and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have worked in community mental health for several years which has allowed me to work with a very diverse population. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults and have learned how important it is to be flexible and nonjudgmental. I am passionate in helping my clients cope with life's challenges and reach their personal mental health goals. If you're dealing with stress, trauma, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help.
I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for teens and adults who may be dealing with stress, cycles of depression or anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I work with my clients to help them navigate their personal challenges and to develop the coping skills to make the changes needed to reach their goals.
