I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share with you a little about my approach to therapy and my focus areas of practice. As a licensed clinical social worker in both Indiana and Florida, I am dedicated to providing my clients with a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I understand that taking the first step can be daunting and may bring up a lot of questions and concerns. I want to assure you that in our first session together, we will explore your needs and what you hope to gain from therapy.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, Strength-based Approach, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques.

It is important to me that you feel heard and understood, and I am committed to creating an environment where you feel comfortable to open up.
