Do you feel like you can’t be open about your life struggles and are trying to figure out an open space to go through this journey? I am here for you to hold the space and listen. I support and welcome with open arms Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Survivors, Trauma survivors & LGBTQIA+ Community. My goal is to create a space to help heal. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor my education and my diverse background gives me a unique approach to counseling.
My approach is pretty straight forward and I will tell it like it is but will also support my clients. I have both the education and skills to work with clients through complex trauma as well as helping them find a better path through life’s daily struggles. I am passionate about my clients and will join them in a collaborative relationship.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults with wide-ranging backgrounds and differing concerns with significant physical and mental trauma. I have extensive experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. Also, I am an ally for LGBTQ+ and work with clients who are transitioning and write letters.

A psychoeducational/support group ran for eight weeks for parents of trans non-binary and questioning youth. This group will help parents understand how they can process their own emotions, support their youth and what resources are accessible for the youth as well as give a basic core understanding of this community.
