I work with women navigating anxiety, generational trauma, parenting struggles, and major life transitions. I help you reconnect with who you are outside of everyone else's expectations, set boundaries without guilt, and reclaim lost parts of yourself. My approach is rooted in person-centered work but draws from many modalities based on what you need.
Some sessions are heavy and raw, others are about recognizing how far you've come. Every session is about exactly what you need in that moment.
