" Underline this, you can feel the anxiety and the need for certainty, comfort and connection. These are human existial needs and I can help you with: stress, anxiety, depression that are related to work, personal/intimate relationship, relationship with children, and developmental trauma. I believe in therapy is to help people to return to normal life, work and develop more enjoyable things.
Therefore I start with a clear and doable goal with clients and reducing symptoms will be the first step. Along the process I will help you build up resources and developing necessary coping skills. My treatment is holistic approach including modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, EFT marriage counseling, and some somatic work.
My goal is to regain and strengthen clients' development, maturational progress and resume the enjoyable life. You will be a whole person, though not a perfect one. Respect, dignity, hope and cultural value are at the heart of my work. My work is gentle, hypnotic, moving and playful. I provide services in English and Mandarin.
