Hi, welcome! We have immediate openings, and we welcome professionals, students, all races, immigrants, and LGBTQ+ folks. Are you struggling with work/school, relationships, or past trauma? I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate atmosphere and listen deeply, using somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based modalities, including IFS and AEDP. I focus on trust, safety and care within the client-therapy relationship, as a foundation for lasting healing. Therapy sessions shouldn't be just talking about feelings but instead having a new experience, so you leave each session feeling different and better.

I am passionate about working with individuals, young adults, adolescents, and families on anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also help students overcome academic obstacles and clarify life goals. I am part of a vibrant group practice, High Fields Wellness; we all focus on experiential healing in the here and now, through IFS and AEDP modalities.
