I believe that creating a safe space infused with respect, compassion, and humor is central to supporting people embarking on a journey of healing. I incorporate somatic and values-based approaches to help people identify and release longstanding patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving them and move towards a more balanced, satisfying, and values-based life. I am also excited to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical. As a Level II Certified Sensorimotor therapist, I understand the wisdom of the body in processing trauma and childhood wounds, as well as serving as a source of healing and creativity. I am also certified in psychedelic assisted therapy and offer remote Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to further facilitate healing.
Over the past fifteen years, my experiences, both professionally and personally, have led me to appreciate, even more, the beauty, resilience, and creativity in humanity.
