Adult Group Expressive Art Therapies
2nd wed and 4th Monday each month 6-7 PM in person and online. Come experience dance/movement therapy and drama therapy. Angela uses movement, gestures to help people connect in relationships, process emotions and trauma, and explore the mind-body connection. Interactive expressive art therapy techniques will be presented each group that are fun, provide education and will offer personal therapy work. Each group is independent of the others. Sociodrama and Psychodrama Adult Therapy Group
We will use Sociodrama and psychodrama to connect through shared experiences. Experience problem-solving, developing deeper understanding of yourself, support in making decisions, and learning new roles. We will resolve conflicts among people with different views, clarify values, develop social skills, solving problems, repairing struggles, developing and rehearsing action plans, and improving personal effectiveness. No experience necessary.
