There are times in life where we feel extremely lonely, misunderstood, unhappy and frustrated. These situations can arise because of: anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, and immense life challenges. At times, these problems are too much to face and bear alone. With 13 years experience, I specialize in helping clients through overwhelming problems and challenges- times where depression and anxiety takes over. I collaborate with my clients to find changes they want to make, how they want to "see and live" their lives.

I also specialize in Maternal Mental Health. With advanced Certificate Trainings and have heartfelt passion, I support women thru their journey from Pre-pregnancy thru Postpartum- and beyond. Our work together is centered around getting "Mom" (Partner and family) to a place of calm, somewhere she can be hopeful, experience the joys of the "now"- encouraged.
