Improving communication and understand different perspectives from the brains point of view considering history and/or trauma.

I aim to create space for healing through education, and an increased self-awareness that results in the increase of co-regulation. When humans feel Safe, Seen, Soothed, and Secure they behave exactly the way they want to. I hold a belief that all humans want to do well, to be successful. Finding what your brain needs to feel safe we will find connection.

My goal for every client is to understand what you want to change using self-compassion and information for your nervous system. Building a foundation of connection with an awareness of when you are protecting yourself. You no longer need to feel alone we can team up and succeed.
