I help adults and couples move beyond coping toward lasting change. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship conflict, and intimacy concerns. My style is warm, direct, and action-oriented, using IFS, RLT, somatic awareness, and creative approaches to support growth while compassionately challenging patterns that keep you stuck.
