I am Angela Velez, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the greater Atlanta area, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. At this time, all sessions are conducted using HIPAA compliant telehealth formats due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
I specialize in working with adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have completed extensive training in CBT, both CPT (trauma focused therapy for adults) and TF-CBT (trauma focused for children and teens) and ERP for individual's with OCD.
My focus of practice is helping adults, adolescents, and their families process their concerns, learn to live life by addressing barriers head on and move through them instead of avoiding, so each person can live their best life.
