I offer a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, veterans, couples, groups, and anyone looking to better navigate life’s complexities. My areas of focus include life transitions, stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, depression, postpartum depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. My therapeutic style blends holistic, solution focused methods with both action and process-oriented strategies. I help clients develop tools to respond to challenges rather than react to them- transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth.
With over twenty eight years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, qualified supervisor, certified yoga instructor, and equine assisted psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and to tap into healing energy in order to live more authentically.
