Group Description: Athletes face challenging situations on the field, courts, tracks, and arenas nationwide while pushing the limits of what the mind can handle. Despite athletic perseverance, many athletes struggle under the pressure to perform. Its critical to have a safe place to discuss feelings, emotions, and the challenges of balancing family, friends, school, sports, etc., while also learning effective coping tools. This group is designed to create that safe place for athletes to discuss their feelings and learn tools to deal with on- and off-court performances.
