We will form a mutual desirable relationship and focus our sessions by establishing and setting goals, which we will continue to assess throughout the counseling process. I will listen and remain attentive to your thoughts and concerns.
Special interests include counseling young adults, couples, those struggling with life changes, relationships, grieving the incarcerated, mental illness (depression, anxiety, trauma). I work with all people regardless of race, age, national origin, sex, gender, marital status, disability, religious, political affiliation or sexual orientation.
We all have many daily life responsibilities and may become overwhelmed in the process. Self care through times of high stress and life difficulties is critical. Whether you are dealing with grief/loss, anxiety, depression, or day to day uncertainties, I can help you face the challenges and gain control of your life again. There is hope and I can help.
