About

My goal is help people develop a healthy, authentic and sincere relationship with themselves, their bodies, and others. So many of us struggle in our lives because we are unconsciously stuck with a perspective that helped us survive in the past, but that no longer serves us in. We're afraid of our own shadow. We hide from the parts we most dislike. This hiding keeps us stuck, guarded and fearful. Using mindfulness to creatively, compassionately and courageously look into your emotional, behavioral and relational patterns can help you move into a more mindful, creative, healthy and fulfilling life.
Food and body obsession are some of the many ways we get stuck in painful patterns. So are being in marriages, jobs and conversations that do not inspire us. Our bodies, our mental and physical aches, the way we eat, our relationship choices...are all symbols. Road signs. What are these trying to tell you about yourself and what your soul most desires?
Angela continues to expand her knowledge base and is currently pursuing her PhD in psychology. She is studying the role of mythology and archetypes in individuals' lives. She is a yoga instructor and uses the creative arts when appropriate.
