Hi, I'm Angela! My passion is to see my clients being successful in healing and thriving. From my experience, everyone has unique needs. Individuals and families experiencing life transitions, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and clients who have struggled with acculturation, language barriers, and trauma from being separated from family. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Some of the modalities I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing among others.
