I work with children 3+, teens, and adults. My approach is Adlerian, which is an integrative, family systems approach, and humanistic. With kids, I use Adlerian play therapy and work with both caregivers and teachers. I also offer PCIT. With adults, several therapies to address anxiety, depression, trauma, or life stressors.
