My approach blends evidence-based treatments like CBT, ACT, and CBT-E with humor, warmth, and honesty.
I’m not a blank-slate kind of therapist. Once we’ve built trust, I’ll be real with you. I’ll ask questions, challenge old narratives, and sometimes point out the patterns you already know aren’t working — but with compassion, not judgment.
