My heart's desire is for everyone to connect with their innate love, joy, and peace. I believe love and joy are always present within us, they are just often hidden under layers of pain and misunderstanding. Together, we can peel back the layers and bring back your vitality. I love to listen and ask questions, which helps clients get clear on who they are, what they want, and where they are going! You are safe to share your complete (sometimes tangled) truth with me. Additionally, I love sitting with couples and families who are working to clear resentments, create harmony, and reinvigorate intimacy.
