Loss, illness, caregiving, or major life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and alone. I specialize in helping adults and seniors navigate grief, dementia/Alzheimer’s care, caregiver stress, chronic illness, and the long‑term effects of generational trauma. With warmth, practical tools, and a trauma‑informed approach, I offer a safe space to process emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most—so you can find steadier ground and a renewed sense of self.
If you’re grieving, caring for someone with dementia, managing chronic illness, or facing a major transition, you may feel isolated and overwhelmed. I support people through grief, dementia caregiving, caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, and intergenerational trauma. Together we’ll reduce stress, restore balance, and strengthen relationships.
I offer teletherapy and selective in‑home visits (Wednesdays and Thursdays by request). I accept insurance via Headway and am currently accepting a limited number of new clients.
