I am a warm, compassionate therapist. Having served as a clinician for twelve years in community mental health and education, my creativity and desire to integrate wellness into the working world led me to Mindfully, where I serve as a clinical supervisor and community liaison in Colorado.
I am a dedicated believer in holistic and sustainable structures and aim always to improve ways of living and being for those on society's margins. This work has expanded beyond clinical care, including developing and facilitating training and curricula on trauma, emotional wellness, race, and identity.
