I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and ACT. EMDR is used to effectively treat trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, complicated grief, and more. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic techniques to assist clients in processing emotions rather than just understanding them. I tailor my approach to my clients' specific needs.
