I often use Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients. This type of treatment helps people recover from emotional disturbances caused by difficult life events. There are 8-phases of EMDR therapy. It uses bilateral stimulation to desensitize the emotional suffering that the memory brings. Many of my clients have successfully met their goals with EMDR.
