Learning to deal with everyday struggles can be an overwhelming challenge for adults, teens, and children. Depression, anxiety, and relationship issues can paralyze individuals from completing everyday tasks. Trauma related stressors may feel suffocating and isolate some people from even small successes in a day.
I am passionate about guiding my clients to learn how to take small steps to overcome their struggles, fears, and pain. Through active listening, teaching effective coping skills, and processing traumatic events together, my clients can learn how to celebrate small victories and overcome challenges.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
