Learning to deal with everyday struggles can be an overwhelming challenge for adults, teens, and children. I am passionate about guiding my clients to learn how to take small steps to overcome their struggles, fears, and pain. Through active listening, teaching effective coping skills, and processing traumatic events together, my clients can learn how to celebrate small victories and overcome challenges.
