About
If you are in a place where your emotional pain is starting to become too much, you don't have to deal with it all alone. I can help set you on a path where life becomes more balanced and worthwhile. I will be there to understand, guide, and encourage you. I will also help you to discover your strengths, gain insight into your problems, and learn ways to cope with or resolve your issues effectively.
I have 21 years of experience as a therapist in various treatment settings. I have extended training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). However, I like to use a combination of treatment techniques in helping clients because each client is unique.
The journey of self-growth can seem overwhelming but with the help of a therapist, it can become easier. "We don't have to do it all alone. We were never meant to." -Brene Brown
